We take online shopping security very seriously at MitiMeth. We accept credit/debit cards payments through Paystack. All payments are made through secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All MitiMeth products are handmade, so please allow for slight variations in color and design. We have made every effort to accurately represent each item on our website, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All sales are final, so please choose your items carefully. Orders will be processed within 3 – 5 business days. If after placing your order online, the ordered item happens to be out of stock, you will be notified of the new shipment date via the contact details provided. If a particular color is no longer available, you will be notified and alternatives will be suggested. Orders are shipped via Courier. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination and are subject to change.

Please note that an 80% deposit is required before we begin working on your commission order, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Creating a handmade product requires skill and expertise, and MitiMeth is here to help you bring your ideas to life. Our product design consultation services are competitively priced and tailored to your specific needs. Our fees are as follows: - Initial consultation (1 hour): $150 - Design plan: $250 - Materials selection and sourcing: 15% of total materials cost - Production oversight: 20% of total production cost We will work with you every step of the way to bring your vision to life. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the design process, and will provide an estimated completion date once the design is agreed upon. Any changes to the design will be subject to additional fees. We value your trust in us and are committed to creating a piece that you'll love for years to come. TRAINING WORKSHOPS
At our Handicrafts Training Workshop, we offer a comprehensive training program for those who want to learn how to create beautiful handicrafts from water hyacinth fiber. Our experienced trainers will guide you through every step of the process, helping you to develop new skills and techniques along the way. We offer two types of training workshops. 1.Workshop Tour This is a 2 hour tour which takes place at our Production Hub in the heart of Ibadan. At the workshop, you will get to see the water hyacinth and agricultural residue materials we use, the processes we use to transform them and our finished products. You will get to meet our Founder and the amazing team at MitiMeth. You will learn why, how and where we recover and process our raw materials, how we make finished and how we are supporting climate action. You will also get to work with the materials and create a small gift item to take home. Will you be able to buy products? Yes, you would be able to purchase products via our online shop with a promo code for your purchase. SHIPPING
Goods are typically shipped via Courier depending on your location. International shipments typically take 5 – 7 days transit time while Domestic shipments take 1 - 3 days transit time. For products sent via Courier, a signature will be required upon delivery. Some products are made to order and so may take 5 to 7 working days to dispatch. We will notify you accordingly if there is a delay in sending out your goods. Occasionally, there might be changes in 3rd party Courier fees which may be discovered at point of shipment. We will notify you accordingly if there is an increase in shipping fees. We can ship to most countries around the world but if you require any further information, please contact us.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Any additional charges for customs clearance and import duties on products delivered outside Nigeria are borne by the customer. The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with laws of the importing country. Customs policies vary from country to country so if you require further information please contact your local customs office.
