Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached.
We are unable to receive returns for earrings unless they are faulty for reasons of health and hygiene.
With the exception of faulty goods, The Colombia Collective is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.
How to return an item:
1. Repackage your products
2. Email us with your intent to return or exchange your purchase at email@example.com
3. We will email you back to approve the request and provide the return address
4. Drop your parcel at the nearest post office or with your chosen courier
