The 2013 WIMBIZ Annual Conference took place at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos on November 4th and 5th. I had the privilege of being one panelists during the 2nd Plenary session on Day 1 which was on "Innovation: Finding your Blue Ocean" featuring Bolanle Austen-Peters (Terra Kulture), Mo Abudu (Ebony Life TV), Obinna Ekezie (Wakanow) and Juliet Nnamdi-Ezoezi (Cake Flair). MitiMeth just wants to say a big THANK YOU to Mrs. Adeola Azeez (the outgoing Chairperson of WIMBIZ) and her wonderful team for giving us this unique opportunity to share the MitiMeth story before an audience of 500 women and for being our champions ever since August 2011 when our paths crossed. We are extremely grateful and indebted to Chief Olufolake Solanke, SAN for her valuable motherly advise on things I should have included in my plenary presentation and for taking it upon herself to personally show MitiMeth products to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Aloma Mukhtar GCON. We are deeply humbled that the Chief Justice of Nigeria highlighted our work at MitiMeth during her closing remarks as the Chairperson of the Conference. Thank You to all the amazing women (grandmas, mothers, aunties and sisters) and men (the MC - Mr. Yinka Akinkugbe)at the conference who gave our work at MitiMeth Handcrafts the "thumbs up" and lavished us with encouraging compliments.
